I guess because I went cold turkey on the no gluten thing I got over the cravings pretty quick. It's really not that hard to cook at home and avoid gluten. When I first figured out that I needed to avoid gluten I thought it was really difficult to find things I could eat, but I guess I'm beyond that. The only real challenge left is that I can't really eat out very easily.
I've been eating
Royal Blossom Chantaboon Rice Sticks with Kirkland Cibo Naturals Pesto and Freshly grated parmesan cheese to meet my carb cravings.
